I know what you mean, I usually don't like it either when they immerse too much in the business side of things, but this time it seems less forced since it's more to do with farming (so far) than with selling, or even cooking. And rice seems to have some relation to demonic beasts (and probably, to the king of beasts) so I got the feeling this time the "product venture" is not going to be as side-tracked as in other stories.
i dont want to sound like a hater but am i the only one who hate when the story is about the fl "inventing/bringing" smt from her past self( bfr she got isekai) and not about the original plot. exemple the one with the FL who was obsess with tea or the one with the coffee, food from earth or even the one who opened a cake store. the whole story is only about those thing and theres 0 plot expect from them trying to make those thing popular
