Maybe the time that happened before the rape? Like the "reason", I mean the utter reason, like something she thought of or did before the r.?

I mean like she didn't remember (or just we weren't allowed to see yet) in the 1st chapter, and got a few flasbacks in the other chapters... and she was in heat. Maybe she can't even remember everything including the "exact" time, place, and things that happened orr she did.
Just speculations.
