It would be the worst ending for me. I don't want him to end up with the rapist/blackmailer who made him have a breakdown. If they end up together, I'll just make another ending up in my head where the rapist/torturer isn't rewarded.
I doubt he will fall in love with him, what I think it may happen is that Haruki may just go with the "flow" and stay with Hikaru thanks to his mental state. Twisted? Yes, but the mangaka probably wanted it this way.
Fck. I can actually see that happening with the manga title. Hikaru just breaks and gives up everything and then stays with the sick little bastard.

If the brothers end up together, it will feel like the younger brother has been rewarded for bad behavior. The younger brother acts like a helpless victim when he is in fact a cunning and manipulative person. He's tried different methods in order to gain the older brother's love and when that didn't work he turned towards blackmail threats. He has no remorse for his actions and everything he says and does is part of a plan to trap the older brother within the relationship.
There is absolutely no sane reason to justify a Haruki x Hikaru ending. I'm into twisted manga but this is just stabbing my heart out with a fork and putting it on a plate for the demons to eat. If Haruki "falls in love" with Hikaru I will just... No.
