If you have Android, you can control which apps will use data by disabling Data Usage

Hey there! Is there a way to increase the internet speed on my phone because the weather is quite cloudy here and the manga pages are loading slow because of that? It takes 5 minutes to load a chapter compared to the instant load on clear days. :(
Although I can't say the same for manga chapters whose file sizes are rather huge and take time to load.
