That looks plausible but I think the two of them have something in common in their sentences. I can be wrong, but I think the crime they did one was the brain and other the muscles? I remember someone saying something like this. Not sure
Okay, so what I got from this chapter is that the Uncle, who is the big boss, runs a shady business with 'projects' (not really construction probably) and long haired dude is in prison most likely by taking someone else's sentence for the sake of the business.
But in the white haired ml's case, he might be in prison due to violent misconduct. And he started from a different prison and was transferred here.
