I don't think Yashiro is leaving the apartment, for 1. he is still naked and 2. he can't dressing up himself. I think he is trying to distance Doumeki from the yakuza by answering his phone in another room, since a few chapters back he said to Doumeki he was still in probation and that he was also afraid to lose him. Meanwhile, he has accepted to become second-in-command, which is a dangerous position since it's not really welcomed and he know Doumeki is willing to take bullet for him (he has shown is concerned about that in the car before). Maybe (probably) he will push back Doumeki in the next chapter, but not as "running away from what I feel" but as "I'm caring for you".
