Hi! I have some answers for your questions:
1. I don't think the story was trying to suggest that mongmong was the childhood friend, but was trying to suggest that Jeha had a type and mongmong was similar to the childhood friend.
2. Yeah I found it fucking stupid, but it all comes down to patriarchy and pride. The reason is because Jeha's sister's honor was disrespected cuz as a woman, she should have "kept a better eye" on her husband so that he wouldn't cheat. This is why she had to "deal with" mongmong's sister.
3. Yeah it was a condition to basically keep her safe.
4. It's cuz she's an older sister and feels responsible for him. Mongmong is overprotective of his sister because of their mutual childhood trauma, and he saw how much she struggled to protect her. Plus, patriarchy tells men to be protective of women, so he partially feels responsible to protect her as her brother and a man.
5. I think it was cuz he was jealous?
Anyway, I really loved the story, and I think the title suits it very well. It is definitely a wild ride, but I love their dynamic. I am also a sucker for mafia-themed stories so yeah I hope my answers clear up some of the confusion
1. what's with jeha childhood crush? the story made it seem almost like mongmong was that same friend but then scrapped that idea.
2. what they did with mongmong sister don't make sense like???? why beat her up because YOUR husband cheated with her when she didn't even know he was married? give her a fucking break
3. the whole thing of holding mongmong hostage when they found his sister, you found her then why keep him? was it like a condition to keep her safe if mongmong kept being jeha's pet?
4. I don't understand the sister guilting herself about mongmong, him being involved in this wasn't her fault, it is the cheater's family doing all that. in the past she did the right thing of trying to protect mongmong from their mother, even if she felt like she was controlling him just like how their mother did to them. after that it was mongmong who was overprotective of her and tossing his life aside to protect his sister. I don't see how she can be at fault?
5. the prosecutor? jeha's brother, he is genuine and cares for mongmong so why did jeha tell mongmong to not trust him?
the story would've been better if the author took their time
