I mean you can't really call it taking advantage if they're already having sex regardless. At this point in their relationship it's more like he's comforting him.

People are suspicious of how fast the baker is moving and that we don't know much about him, but the fact is Sun Hwa thought the baker was hot, and when the baker was drunk, Sun Hwa had thought about "getting lucky" because of the bakers compromised state, but then thought better of it when the baker threw up. If the baker was really that drunk and had not sobered up after throwing up, it could be argued the baker lacked capacity to consent and Sun Hwa raped him, but I don't think the baker was that drunk when they had sex.

I just want to point out that Sun Hwa watches gay porn and draws gay comics and wants to have hot gay sex. He may be vulnerable, and he may be embarrassed, but he himself thinks he has a high sex drive. So far, Sun Hwa wants to have sex with the baker. Is it so hard to believe he could be doing it because he enjoys it?

Well, actually, yes, you can. But Sun Hwa was the one who initiated, and although he isn't clearly and loudly affirming consent to everything else, he isn't saying no even in his head. I just think that taking advantage of someone and rape can be two different things and, in this case, that they definitely are.

And what SEEMS to not make this about taking advantage, either, is the fact that Sun Hwa seems to WANT the baker to do the very thing that could be construed as taking advantage.

Obviously. Dude, consent was a given. The question was whether or not that guy was emotionally able to give his consent without it turning rapey, not whether or not consent was given in the first place because obviously it was.
