The mom is acting that way because she has no remorse, she doesn't care about celphi in a maternal way and she doesn't really care her husband died anymore, she hated that family and their curse and she wanted to give perry a shot of leaving and a warning before she gave birth because that's what she wish she had

I don’t get why Pershati is suddenly so interested/invested on Celphi’s bio mom. I don’t get why the bio mom is acting that way too.
