after the landslide arc comes the eastern development arc....Tia develops a eastern tour business...on the opening banquet of that business, on Prez's order, Avinox's elder brother(dont remember the name at the moment) went to see the previous building owner of Pellet Company, i.e., from who Tia and Clerivan bought the building to start their company... the owner reveals that a green eyed and curly haired 11yr old girl gave cash on behalf of Clerivan to buy the building. This helps Prez and Avinox's elder brother put together the puzzle and know that Tia is owner of the Pellet Company....So, after the ending of the eastern tour business's opening banquet, at dawn Prez visits Tia to confront her, but Tia was already waiting for him as she was infromed by Bate that Prez's men visited the previous building owner.
That's how Prez knew and Tia also said to Prez that she knew about his Mohak Company.

Somewhat romance is started after the kiss and confession at the end of the landslide arc....
So, after rescuing Tia from the buried carraige....Tia wakes up after 2-3 days....Perez blames himself for not protecting her and kisses her.....though Tia is somewhat like "no, we can't do this" but Perez is like:
P : "Tia, you told me before. ’Love without expression is not love’."
T : "Hey, that’s just to Avinox..."
P : "I almost lost you once, Tia."
Perez reached out to me.
P : "Now I don’t hesitate."
And then, with his finger, he rubs my lips a little.
P : "Because I think I know your heart now."
Perez’s eyes looked down at the wrinkles on his shirt and said.
Just a moment ago, it was the place that I clenched tight with my hand without me realizing it.
He touched the wrinkles part of his clothes with a proud face somewhere.7
Then he said with a very deep smile.
P : "Now I’m going to express it, Tia. Until you’re ready to accept my heart."16

there is the confession after the kiss....and a somewhat romance is started with Perez always showing his love for her and Tia always tryng to deny her heart for him but much later accepts it. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Ok so, in this landslide arc, Tia meets Ramona(wife of Perez in prevoius life), do note Tia now hasn't been conscious her feelings for Perez...so when she meets Ramona and talks with her she unconciously compares herself with her and gets jealous...and shows Ramona a small bit of her power by helping the homeless children that Ramona was taking care of...i dont know how to explain it better now but you'll get too see this in the upcoming few chapters
If you don't know who Ramona is, Ramona is Perez's academy friend, who also works with him in Mohak Company
Another senario, almost at the end of novel, Perez has become crown prince, was having a talk with his academy friends 3trio(dont remember the names) and Ramona...while talking to Ramona, Perez thinks of Tia and smiles and Tia saw this. Tia's POV is Perez is smiling at Ramona...Tia gets extremely jealous and ends up crying in the arms of Perez, who followed after her because he noticed Tia was not herself and somewhat different. Tia tells/warns Perez not to smile at anyone but herself.(dont remember clearly)....once again note that though Tia and Perez confirmed their feelings for each other but as Tia wants to be the Matriarch of Lombardy, therefore she can't be the Empress...so she was kind of hoping that they both lead their respective lives with life-partners other than themselves but when she saw that Perez was smiling at Romona(which he wasn't) Tia broke down and couldn't bear seeing Perez smiling at anyone other than her....therefore the jealousy and crying....
Astana is alive but one of his hand got cut off in the "Take Down/Revenge on Angenas Arc". He later did give up his right to the throne.
Oh was it confirmed that Ramona was Perez's wife in previous life? Because I also saw someone commented that Perez's didn't romantically like Ramona and was only his friend, or like a partner and not romantically involved with each other

Yes...Ramona was the Empress in the previous life as Lombardy didn't support him in the previous life...he rose up to the throne with the help of Ramona and her family...and yes...Perez never saw Ramona romantically.
Oh that explains it. Now I get it. Coz I always get uncomfortable in reincarnation/isekai/regression manhwa wherein the ML love someone else in the previous life and when the MC comes they like them instead. and I feel guilty towards the previous lady that the ML loved. But thats just me tho and I'm happy its not like this in this story because this is one of my fave.
