Kinda wished they added more depth to Daniel's affection other than sex. Cuz he doin too much for that one bussy. Their whole bonding was just him babysitting Eddie most of the time. I mean it was already shown how he kinda remembers his drug addicted mom through Eddie but like it would've been better if, Eddie somewhat unintentionally helped him cope from his ptsd (or if it was not shown it would've been better if the writer showed it) OR used Eddie to forget his trauma and became emotionally dependent on him that way his extreme attachment to Eddie would be more understandable other than sex.
Oh well, maybe the author wanted to convey he was still at his vulnerable state when he started his bodyguard job on Eddie thus, he got easily attached on Eddie.
However the problem is, most of the flashbacks only showed him babysitting Daniel and the only time it was shown he's not in his best mental state was when he was strangling Eddie. It would've been enough if he was having ptsd nightmares and woke up with Eddie waking him up to reality because he wants drugs/wants sex(if the author rlly want to make it abt sex)/accidentally broke a bottle of beer he was hiding lol.
Anyways I'm just yapping my thoughts out this story is still ongoing maybe the author will go more in depth in the future chapters.
