Read the chapter again, he was being COMPLETELY unreasonable, he got physical with someone he didn't know for no reason other than that he was getting irritated (he started shoving Siwon when he didn't even realize HE'S the 3rd wheel while Siwon was trying to talk, and he wasn't even talking to that guy either... Siwon literally said nothing to that guy other than to tell him he's not talking to him.) Try to imagine yourself in Siwon's shoes, you're trying to talk to your friend and some guy who barely knows your friend is telling you to get lost and that you're getting in the way and when you don't decide to leave and keep talking to your friend the other guy pushes you, you keep trying to discuss with your friend to clear things up and this random guy pushes you again so you get fed up and push him back and he slaps you and leaves a scratch on your face.
