Obviously duh?! Its a regression plot. I dont mind it if it only like less than 10 chapters but dang it’s basically the whole story in children era.
I see where ur coming from, but the author still makes sure to show that shes 8 years old through her childhood innocence like folk tales and not understanding marriage and such.
It is crazy that an 8 year old is doing business but its still a really good read, especially since the most impactful and intriguing part will take place when shes a teenager.
