We have been aware since in the middle of the series that Sangwoo uses sex to fish for his victims. I hope your feelings would get compensated when I say the sexual acts he performs to his victims means nothing to him, I holds no meaning to him. He has 0 % care for his murder victims, (rather unfortunate but that's how he is) compared to Bum who he perhaps atleast has around 20 % sympathy? Lmao idk. Anyway, as of Ch17, Sangwoo is planning something. Don't take the sex too seriously, unless we were given indication that it's significant to Sangwoo, (and we dont since we dont know his thoughts) the sex meant nothing because he performs it to get his murder victims.

Trying not to give you spoilers but I'll tell you what I was thinking after reading that chapter.

Sangwoo obviously had something planned. He's been planning it since he took Bum to the store and in chapter 17 it's just starting to come together. Sangwoo had shown that he doesn't get a whole lot of satisfaction out of sex alone so there's more to it than just having Jieun there for sex. He put Bum in that closet because he wanted Bum to see.

Here's the guess I had after reading 17 as for why, which may or may not happen. Bum showed he was jealous of Jieun's closeness to Sangwoo during the bj in the bathroom stall. Sangwoo could just be toying with Bum's feelings to make him mad or sad. We haven't seen Bum angry yet so that could have been what Sangwoo was trying to do.

Can't say much more without spoiling but if you want I can tell you what happens. I think spoilers ruin the fun of reading it though.
