is the red haired og fl a bitch or shes nice

Seems like OG FL is not a nice person. I initially though that OG might be manipulated by her mentor but now it doesn't seem to be so

I remember seeing spoilers about the og fl and there's a reason why she's a bitch. I'm guessing this is a key point of the plot too
