I'm honestly just salty that I saw this manhwa with 80 chapters and thought "Nice, this must be completed!", and while reading I became super immersed, but then when I finally reached the "final" chapter, I discover it was supposed to be 2 seasons, AND WE DON'T GET THE SECOND ONE. Just a rushed bad side story (compared to the whole series)
OMG, just discovered that the author's other work "Form of sympathy" is actually Yuri's story/the second season we didn't get!
i’m so glad i’m not the only who feels that way about the student x teacher thing. i was surprised at how popular they are in the comments also just hate even more that it was his hs teacher like…? but like i so agree with you !! reading the side stories felt so different than from how i felt reading the main story which sucks cause i really liked it. honestly was planning on reading yuri’s side story but i couldn’t get past the teacher thing and seeing some previews of it and the comments it seems like it’s similar to the side stories on this one ngl. i think the author def got influenced on just generic bls and yuri’s story. ALSO i thought it was fanart too

I'm reading it right now, and it's actually not as bad as I thought! He wasn't actually in love with the teacher in highschool, nor in a weird relationship with him, the author probably changed the plans before making the other manhwa or was just foreshadowing the future couple.
The story actually takes place when Yuri is in college and the teacher is still working in his old school, they met in Yuri's older sister wedding, the teacher was crazy drunk and Yuri helps him get home etc. A while later he ends up working in his old highschool as a helper in the library alongside the teacher and they get closer, licking each other's wounds.
Honestly, I'm not that much of a hater anymore since they actually aren't teacher and student, and Yuri wasn't groomed, but I still get uncomfortable when he calls him teacher
But even if you prefer to not read it, you aren't really losing much, since the only interesting character is Yuri, and the mcs of "For Your Love" are incredibly annoying looking from Yuri's perspective...

First things first: THIS WAS AWESOME, the slow burn made me want to eat this up since it's so delicious
And now to other opinions... It was obvious that Yuri was in love with the teacher since he kept being show keeping him company, and when it was announced Yuri would had the focus in season 2 (I'm depressed they didn't allow the author to do it!), but I honestly hoped he wouldn't get together with him, like, I really HATE teacher x student, even if in college. I'm the kind of person to really separate work and private life so... It icks me they actually got together and he still calls him teacher.
Honestly, I'm not sure if the author was influenced by bls nowadays, but in the side stories it felt just like a generic one, the art for me wasn't a upgrade, and I honestly even thought "Huh? Is this a fan art?", like, even the title was made more "modern" and not cutesy. Not to mention the characters regressed in maturity (Except Yuri, he's still a baddass jerk just like always), but I won't enter deep in it since many others commented about it.
