I think so. The story clearly sets up Lily to be in love with Anna. She even thought about Anna while Rose was giving her an orgasm. So, there's no logical reason for her to stay with Rose anymore. However, the story is poorly written and rushed, with characters that don't feel real. It's possible the author might go for a typical NTR ending. Before chapter 8, I thought that was likely. Anna deserves better than Lily in any case.
Because of how rushed this whole story is and the sudden confession from Anna or whatever I feel like the author is just doing this to give us a twist and the end and make Lily stay with Rose.
