And then by the time you actually go back to catch up, it’s been literal years and you’ve forgotten the plot. So now, you have two options: play the guessing game when reading unread chapters or painstakingly read the entire story again to understand. Either way, you possibly find out that you no longer have interest in the story and so, you drop it once more. I know this all too well

Omg you should bookmark the chapter that you left off on. On the chapter page, there’s a button to the very top right and click on Bookmark It. So when you return to the story, your bookmarked chapter will be there
