It’s not bromance since Inari (the baker) literally realized his romantic feelings for his chubby hero. He mentally said that he fell in love with Ponjirou(?). And although their relationship wasn’t totally clear as either boyfriends or friends exploring their feelings in the end, it’s still shounen-ai.
