(Like for real. The amount of ml outthere who looks at mc after hearing a rumour going against everything they know of their lover and they just go straight to believing it. I'm sorry but I would need a lot of evidence before I believe that a person is sleeping with her brother or is planning murder.)
he will believe ruby some doubts are gonna creep up, but not regarding a sister brother relationship, he is gonna have a lot of doubts regarding caesare (because he is a big ass creep). As you can see in the previous chapters izek was kinda suspicious of caesare since the beginning. I dont wanna spoil you but we have reached the last climax of the story. There wont be anymore misunderstandings(at least not between ruby and izek)

Ceasar kisses ruby in the garden where i think freya, ivan (forgot his name) and elen see. Freya goes to tell Izek and Izek doesn't believe her and goes to see Ruby in some other room and finds Ceasar beating ruby pretty badly.
