You mean Akumakira? She doesn't make any bad qualities. The uploader who posted the first chapter 130 was the bad quality one. The "better quality" you're talking about is actually the better quality and better translation.
for me, quality is the clearness of the panels and good translation. akumakira has good translations but i don't think they r the ones uploading here, so it's less clear when we read it. the other chapter 30 has good translation and has clear panels so i prefer that one
AK is uploader, main source is Asura Scan website who does translation, cleaning, typesetting, ... I read there too but use here to keep up to date
Anything done by Asura Scan is top quality, as good as official version
ik but that still doesn't change the fact that the panels are less clear HERE. i'm not putting down their work or anything, i'm just saying that i prefer the other chap because it is more clear
