Okay so i have been seeing people confused by spoilers as they say different things and i just finished the novel so im here to clear your doubts
Are the incest spoilers fake? Technically yes, because Kanna is not blood related to Addis so by definition its not incest. Is the Dad the ml? This has a Reverse harem ending. (Personally if you go by plot significance then yes the dad is the ml)
Btw i recommend reading the novel it was good read.
