I think it's quite obvious that he loves him back or at least has some feelings for him. He can't forget the confession 3 years ago, he wonders why he keeps turning away Eunho. He came faster hearing Eunho's voice even when he was with another man. He also can't stop thinking about Eunho and barely spares a thought for his sex partner unless he is lonely and then it is only because he has no one else to talk to. So while he may not be in love with Eunho, Eunho is at least someone who he can't seem to stop thinking of.
Because he's a selfish bastard that doesn't want to accept his own feelings or commit himself, but who doesn't want to lose Eunho either. He wants to have his cake and eat it. He wants to keep his sexual relationship with his friend and continue basking in Eunho's innocent adoration.....bastard! (╬￣皿￣)
