It is not common sense speculation, you just said summarized what will happen in the story based on the novel (I've read it). Talking about the teasing is clearly a spoiler.
A recap of what we know so far and what we know is
1. Jigu was teasing him in LITERAL chapter 1 calling him honey and shit, so yes, you can speculate that is what their relationship was like the WHOLE year before they plan to meet soon. And Yeowoon clearly didn't know who jistar is, so we can also speculate Jigu kept his identity a secret. You gotta be dumb to NOT make that obvious speculation.
2. I have not read the novel beyond this point so I was in fact actually using common sense and not spoiling anything I somehow "gained from reading the novel" like yourself. Just because you've read it doesn't mean everyone else has.
Nothing in what I said is considered spoiler, it's just common sense if you connect the damn dots from ch1 up until now. Now unless you're telling me people are dumbasses and can't make a guess then please just stop because you sound dumb thinking anything I said is remotely spoiler material.

So basically jigu keeps it a secret for about a year and during that time he teases the shit out of yeowoon. And finally, we are back to ch1 and they will soon meet. I wonder what yeowoon's reaction will be, because it looks like he seriously has no clue
