No, he's just trying to help the seme, Mimori, figure out his feelings for Iku, the uke, and to gauge what kind of person Iku was cause he sounded like a stalker, then he got angry at Iku cause he seemed to be giving up on Mimori really easily... He was actually playing matchmaker for the two of them.
