Well, it's ambiguous because it isn't translated yet, but from my (limited) knowledge from the drama CD, Mishima and Kirino are just friends. They related well to each other. Kirino was special to Mishima because he was his first gay friend. I think Mishima decided to be with Yumeno after Kirino decided to break off their friendship. It was a mix of loneliness and happiness. Lonely because Mishima had no one until Yumeno stepped into his life again and happy because he doesn't have to be alone again. I think Mishima's feelings gradually grew stronger as they got older because he seems content with his life as an adult.
Wait so they end up with each other at the end? Like... they end up together at the end forever (completed type)???? (Mishima and Yumeno)?

This literally makes me want to puke from disgust. We all know the only reason kirino is with a woman is because of his mom, she even knows he likes men as seen in this chapter when he tries to lie but she knows anyways because of his expression. I'm not playing, i literally feel nauseous, i'm sure you all know the feeling i'm describing as overwhelming disgust. Yumeno and Mishima never even game hints that they'd end up together once we all realized that yumeno was the same as mishima in that they both want to cross dress as girls. Don't get me wrong, i'm not disgusted with yumenoxmishima, just that kirino now has to live a lie filled regretful life because of his cunt of a mother. To kirino's mother i only have this to say: you just made the list bitch.
