Sometimes it can be a good thing like last chapter where they talked about Inwoo as the panel shifted to his side but like you said (and I actually also commented somewhere below), at such important times, I need a focus on the main couple.
I get having Jiho's ex-friend in his side of the story since they were closely tied but for Inwoo and his mom, I think the support of his bf is all we need to see.
Sometimes it can disrupt the flow of the story especially when it's about healing trauma of a person. This author handles it so well tho! Both pacing and story.

I really just want it to stay focused on the main story and save the side couple for side stories. But that’s okay. It’s not a bad thing at all, I actually like how it’s in the story alternating between main and side but still, at such important moments in the story, imma need it to stay on the main.
