It was shown in the latest chapter. Chaehon is Narye, he hired some guy who looks like him and told him what to say to make MC believe that Narye is a separate person.

ML is still Narye???? I knew there is a new one who acts like naryne (the one who tried to kidnap MC) but something inside me said it's not as simple as that. Idk I feel like there is still some plot twists that would fuck MC....
