I don't really know if this is classed as a spoiler but if you haven't seen chapter 19 raw. However he is just fine so you don't need to hold your breath.

I know what you mean, I also held my breath when Sangwoo cut Yoonbum neck open. I still feel uncomfortable just thinking about it.
