There's no connection.
There is a connection because both novels are by the same author but Ebony does not show up here and the only mentions are about the war with Karkass and nothing else.

Help. I'm thinking of picking up this story so I read the first chapter, but this setting, the red haired Queen called God of war, Babel, etc. reminds me of the background lore from the Webtoon 'Ebony'. Can anyone tell me if there ist a connection?
(And if you don't know Ebony, I suggest you read it ^^)
