I don't remember if it was included in the condition that she has to die by Killian's hands. But in every turn, Edith is executed by her husband, so it was sort of given that even in this turn the Duke will give Killian the right to execute her.
I thought the third condition was made that whenever MC was sentence to death by *anyone* she will accept it without struggling to stay alive.
Btw, can someone please remind me of what the third condition is again? I remember having read it in a past spoiler comment a few months ago, just I'm really wondering how it happened and if I recall it correctly!
