The one who's been complaining and dropping the project is the scanlator, the translator released her translation on her own blog, she's working on her own, so you can say the ones in her blog (iiekawaii) are raw translation (no proofreading or whatever they call it).
tbh, I never visited the scanlator's forum, like ever lolz, I always read them on her blog (⌒▽⌒)
