Is he? He likes mey-chan from that idol group right or its different? Sorry I'm not an expert when it comes to sexual orientations but yeah being attracted to only Anezaki, I think he could be a pansexual
This is one of the best love development I've ever read between a straight and gay guy. Mikado's naive personality makes him not to think about the standards on who and what gender to love. He don't see Anezaki as gay but a person, a human being. On the other hand Anezaki is a great example of the majority of people in this world; they gave up love because it's complicated but deep inside to love and to be loved is the only thing they are wishing for.
