time jump. They had talked about going to university together and either staying in the dorms or getting their own place. Apparently they got their own place.
As for the drunk, well the first time Min did it with Han he was drunk. Maybe this was to show the difference between drunk meaningless sex and drunk I love you sex? I doubt it's the first time (since when he was drunk he called Chun Sam a naughty boy lol)
