You should all have a talk with the director or the person who's supposed to pay you. I don't think they forgot about giving you your salary but, maybe the issue is related to something else. The best way is to discuss things !! ^-^
I jusy want to know from an oitsider's point of view, so I'm a medical transcriptionist. if Christmas is coming there's this called bonus and 13th month pay. the bonus is up to the employer how much to pay. the 13th month is.computed based on salary within that year. so, the problem is it's February now and our 13th month pay isn't still given and obviously we arent given the bonus. Honestly though, I don't care about the bonus, I just need that 13th . what do you think should I do? btw, all of us weren't haven't received it..
