You're wrong the author said in her weibo she's planning on continuing it after song of the sky walker. I also heard she's meant to get the rights to changgexin in 2025 so it makes sense why she's gonna finish that first.

I had a quick nosey. Some people on reddit said she's won the copyright lawsuit as of now and has confirmed to people on weibo she would continue after her skywalker manhua. I tried loading up her weibo but its been uncooperative. But, it's looking good, when I was last on her weibo (2024) she would post sketches of the characters from time to time showing she hadn't forgotten them :)

Been following this series way before it was uploaded on this site, still one of the best series which definitely deserves not only an animated adaptation but a life action one too. Add this to the list of series that stayed in hiatus for several years, the fans are strong and determined to so see a worthwhile ending
