Yes, actually he will found out from mc's mom.
It will be a big shock for him because he realized that in a way he's no different from the dudes that r@ped mc... he even took some distance from mc the time to process all of this (which is incredible for a guy that can't stand being apart from mc lol).
But then he came to the conclusion that he would let mc decide what kind of relationship they should have because he didn't want to lose him. But mc was still very oblivious of ml's feeling for him, so ml decided on his own to have a "normal relationship" (without the bdsm).
Because at this point ml still didn't confess. Mc confessed, but he didn't do it, because he preferred to have the kind of relationship he knows, when he's the dominant and mc has to gather to all his wishes, not a normal relationship where they equal lol. Which is funny, because I'm pretty sure he was the one to fall first, I think even now he already had fallen for mc, because given his temperament, he would never be so nice to someone he doesn't like, but whatever satisfy his interests I guess.
