The two sisters (Yoongi and Eunha) were forced into servitude at a young age after their father (a reader for the imperial family) was falsely accused of conspiracy and "forcing" himself on the ML's (the former crown prince) sister. Both girls witnessed their father's execution. Turns out the prince's sister set their father up and the prince called her out on it.
Meanwhile the girls went into the service of a Kisaeng house, where the madam was married to a nobleman. Yoongi decided to perform the service while Eunha dressed as a boy and did odd jobs around town in order to buy her sister out of service. However the madam's son had fallen in love with Eunha and the madam had decided to sell her off as a Kisaeng. But Yoongi wanted to cut a deal to prevent this.
One day Eunha visits the bookseller for some work and a job opens up where she would read Western text to a client. She visits the client and finds out he's blind. He knows she's a woman dressed in hunter's clothes, but hires her anyway. So he tells her to come back the next day for work.
When Eunha gets back, the madam forces her to serve as a Kisaeng, starting immediately. She imprisons her, preps her, and the following day Eunha was to meet the man she would be sold to.
However when Eunha arrives to the meeting place, she sees bodies on the floor, a man, and the madam sitting in silence.
The man was Eunha's new employer whom she was to report to that day. Regardless of him being blind, he recognized her immediately. He decided to honor the previous contract with a few new conditions added, sex being one of them.
The madam's son then learns that his mother tried to sell Eunha off to another man and was seriously pissed. On top of that he later learns the man's identity and decided to get Eunha at all costs. Yoongi, who was also looking for a way to leave with her sister, agrees to a deal with the son where she would no longer be placed in danger in exchange for being his concubine.
Word of the blind man at the villa gets around and the man's identity was that of the former crown prince. And it turns out the former crown prince (I'll say ML) remembers Eunha, her sister, and what happened to their father that day.
The ML's sister shows up to appeal to her brother for his support, but he turns her down because he remembers how she wrecked the lives of Eunha and her family for very selfish reasons and now she's trying to do it again by trying to get ML on the throne. Thing is ML decided to protect the current crown prince till he's safely on the throne.
Basically you're caught up now.
