So the seme does die...HOWEVER!
Through some plot details the uke manages to go back in time and change the seme's life path so that he doesn't die in the future but this also leads him to develop a different personality because he basically changed his childhood. But even after that, at his core, he still manages to preserve the essence of him that the uke loved. So even though his personality is not fully the same as before they still fall in love again.
Is this happy ending, meaning are they together at the end? Please, i don't wanna read tragedies
