Manga

A demon killer lets a succubus go free. He later falls in love with her, and she realizes being with him will kill him. He doesn't care, and they share a kiss and he dies. Late the girl is back in her world and her mother is trying to get her to open the door to her bedroom, but she refuses to leave. Ends with that tragic ending. I believe it is a bonus story in a manga about something else.
