The one who writes are called authors so yes they do write (and few draw by themselves too) and the one who draws are called artists. Sometimes the author and artist are same but mostly not to get overworked or who can't draw hire artists to draw the novels. So in here both are different , Leefail is the author who wrote the story/ novel and venom is the artist. Hope this helps!

Am I the only one who thought novels and the manga are the same author/drawer I never knew some of this stories aren’t the original authors (I mean some are) but I always assumed they wrote it and then decided to draw it.
