I don’t think he saw him in the woman but more like he was using the woman to satiate his feelings/or desires for Haeil. At least that’s what I think, I’m probs wrong but it’s pretty obvious that Pados feelings of affection are rekindling so it’s not unlikely that his attraction to Haeil is too!
