Dude, if what you say is true (and I think that it is), then "senpai" is one of the biggest assholes I have ever met (okay, read about, BUT STILL) (╬￣皿￣)凸
The last story really disappointed me and I feel so bad for Tomoki.
From my understanding,
Based on senpai's nature. He just accepted anyone who accepted or needed him.
Surely, he started dating the stalker after he got confessed by the stalker and these happened before his graduation (Because when the stalker confessed to him, the shirt he wore still had buttons. People don't wear their uniform after graduation, so it's impossible that the confession happened after the graduation and he wore a different uniform on that day)
So, it means senpai had been two-timing for so long and decided to break up with Motoki.
Maybe he even had many partners aside from the stalker in these 3 years. But in the end, senpai got into a fight with his lover and felt sorry for Tomoki and realized that Tomoki is the only one left for him since Tomoki still doesn't have a new lover. He may realize that he had done something really bad for Tomoki and he was too selfish so he said to himself the word "Disgusting". Or maybe after he broke up with his lovers, he confessed to Tsuyoshi about what happened in the past 3 years or Tsuyoshi found out himself and hit senpai because of angriness. Maybe after he got scolded by Tsuyoshi, he lost his consciousness and got into an accident then got amnesia or the amnesia stories are all made up.)
