Where did u read the novel?
If it is like King’s Maker, then this will be incredible!! I love the plot focused development, it does not over romanticized and fetishize the characters. Love from the bottom of my heart.

Honestly, I started reading without much expectation, but it proved to be so good man. I ended up picking up the novel (I ain't even half way) BUT GOD I SWEAR MAN ITS REAL GOOD. The main point is not love or feelings, it's all the political games behind the Empire, like that is so cool (it's giving like Captive Prince or The King's Maker) AND ITS SLOW BURN FUCKING LET'S GOOOO The love that I have for all these characters man, the novel and manhwa can go on for years and I'm gonna love them still, the way it got me I'm gonna treasure them no joke ugh
