Soooo im just guessing here but seo-in's bro is like a leader of bullies and do stupid shit. He bullies our baby yeongwoon. It was implicated in early chapters that yeongie's father beat him but now I think it was because of the bullies and his father was bought by seo-in's mom because he have loans.
