Thats what trauma is like the love u longed for as a kid from ur parents u still long for as an adult from them doesn’t mean ur personality is weak or anything it’s just mean u r weak in face of the person that caused ur trauma
To give perspective: It’s because that’s her family and she’s been under her mother’s oppression for longer. For example; I can stand up to strangers better in my adulthood, but I still have issues even calling certain family members due to fear. The situations are just not the same. She has triggers for certain things. This can plainly be seen. Like due to her ex’s abuse, it caused an extreme reaction when hwita came too close, or when she is grabbed unawares. Dealing with a random bitch on the street is hardly the same.
If she can try stay away from her ex that she once truly loved, she should be able to try stay away from that family as well. She's stuck with the guild of "it's all my fault". So, she's trying to repeat that live over and over again
Well.. seeing that her ex did something comparably worse, and the family that she was guilt tripped into feeling responsible for died by HIS hands, there is a distinct difference in how she feels about them.
not to sound like a hater or anything (so dont come at me in the comment) but how is she able to stand for her self in front of stranger (the musician bitch) but not in front of her familly who been treating like trash her whole life and then boum when they need her they treat her right... am glad they died in her first life if thats how they acted and i hope they get karma in this life too （￣へ￣）
