I believe it's the sickle white rabbit and one of the new gray rabbits right? They're not siblings, the gray batch came after escaping from somewhere, thus they're not related by blood.

The author won't ever do that dude..Stop assuming that the author is a weirdo who would do some weird-ass pairings of the rabbit family, the only babies would probably come from the original two rabbits and maybe from the two new rabbit pairings. (－.－)...
