Wrong, a lot of us care about BL plots. You’ll see ppl complain in comments about the shitty plots (like using r*pe as a plot device). The problem here is that ppl are looking forward to the character Ian - they like him and wanted to see him this season, considering that he’s the MC. But the author instead decided to create a flashback that spans the ENTIRE season 2. And frankly a lot of ppl just aren’t interested in reading a season long flashback, when that could’ve been cut up into shorter parts every couple of chapters, or even done as a prequel.

Personally I wanna read about Ian. I understand that Brian was Ian in another life, but I’ll likely binge read everything when season 2 is done or read a summary.
