I mean right now there is nothing to say he is attracted to him during this flashback (while he was this age) I do agree it's still creepy even with a high schooler and teacher but I don't think he has any attraction to the middle schooler
Why is he attracted to a middle schooler is my question. People love screaming about "but it's fiction", like yeah, I'm not having a crisis about it.
I just think there's no normal or understandable way to be attracted to a middle schooler as an adult.
