I looked through my history and I seem to have found the title. It's called "the selfish romance"
it's about a girl who broke up with her fiancé, because she found out he was only with her out of gratitude to her family and not because he loves her. They broke up in a café. Then she went to a party with her friend to get him off her mind, meets the ML (very aloof guy) who runs out because he got a message from his ex-gf(?) who happens to be an actress or smth.
Then they kinda go out to make each other's exes jealous but only for a few months. There's only a few chapters too last time I checked
